Training Affairs

Training affairs is a department which undertakes all of the training functions of institute to be successfully and smoothly.

It was formed on 11^th Dec, 1997 according to the agreement by State Peace and Development Council and it is under the administrative Department and also takes functions of supplying section, catering section and agriculture & livestock section.

The Civil Services Academy’s new formation was changed and formed on 6^th October, 2016 according to agreement of the Union Civil Service Board Meeting No.13/2016. According to new formation, Training Affairs Department is under the supervision of Principal/ Pro-Rector (Training). It is carrying out the training functions that is related to the courses of training of the civil service personnel to be successfully.

Training affairs department is formed by (7) departments to pass the training functions successfully as follows;

• Students Affairs Department
• Examination and Convocation department
• Department of International Relation
• University Press
• University Library
• Sport department
