ဦးဇော်မိုးဝင်းသည် ဗဟိုဝန်ထမ်းတက္ကသိုလ်(အောက်မြန်မာပြည်)တွင် ဒုတိယပါမောက္ခချုပ်(စီမံခန့်ခွဲရေး) တာဝန် ထမ်းဆောင်နေသူဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ၁၉၈၃ ခုနှစ်တွင် မန္တလေးတက္ကသိုလ်မှ ဝိဇ္ဇာဘွဲ့(စိတ်ပညာ)၊ ၂၀၀၄ ခုနှစ်တွင် ရန်ကုန်တက္ကသိုလ်မှ အင်္ဂလိပ်စာဒီပလိုမာနှင့် ၂၀၀၈ ခုနှစ်တွင် ရန်ကုန်စီးပွားရေးတက္ကသိုလ်မှ ပြည်သူ့ရေးရာစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုပညာ မဟာဘွဲ့(MPA)ရရှိခဲ့ပါသည်။

Work Experience

  • The Work experience of his career was Staff Officer, Assistant Director, Deputy Director, Director, Deputy Director General, Acting Director General at Civil Service Selection and Training Department and at Present he serving as the Pro-Rector (Admin) of Central Institute of Civil Service (Lower Myanmar).
  • He has Involving in the Workshop on Capacity Entrancement of Myanmar Civil Service in Cooperation with Japan Sasakawas Peace Foundation conducted in Yangon, Mandalay, Taunggyi and NayPyiTaw under supervision of the UCSB, the Strategic Management Workshop conducted in CICS(Lower Myanmar) by cooperation with Brunei Darussalam, conducting ICT courses in collaboration with UN-APCICT at CICS(Upper Myanmar) and (Lower Myanmar) and making to plan the participate and attending the various English courses in Myanmar Singapore Training Center with the programme of IAI project . He involved in serving the Training of Trainers for CLMV countries Officials in line with the Programme of Myanmar ASEAN Resource Center activities.
  • He also participated in serving the Perception Survey on Ethics, Equal Opportunities and Meritocracy in the Myanmar Civil Service, Civil Service Reforms Strategic Action Plan for Myanmar 2017-2020 and establishment of Civil Service Academies at two Central Institutes of Civil Service (Lower Myanmar) and (Upper Myanmar).
