Opening Ceremony of Mid-Level Officials Management Course, Advanced Diploma in Civil Service Management Course No.5 is held in Yadanar Theinga Hall of Central Institute of Civil Service (Lower Myanmar), Union Civil Service Board on Monday at 09:00 am, 8-11-2021.

In this opening ceremony U Than Swe, Chairman, Union Civil Service Board, delivered opening speech. Prime Minister U Hla Soe, Yangon Region, Member of Union Civil Service Board U Ye Naing and U Soe Tint, Government member of Ministers form Yangon Region, U Zaw Zaw, Rector, Principal/ Pro-Rector (Training), Professors, Teachers, Officials and Trainees attended this opening ceremony.

Deputy Directors and Assistant Directors of (74) trainees form Ministry, Organization, Region and State attended in this course. Training duration is from 8-11-2021 to 25-3-2022 and this course will be trained for (20) weeks.
