Opening Ceremony of Basic Course for Junior Civil Service Officer Batch No.(119) was held in Yadanar Theinga Hall, Central Institute of Civil Service(Lower Myanmar), Hlegu Township, Yangon Region at 8:00 am, on 20 December 2021.The opening speech on this ceremony is delivered by U Zaw Zaw, Rector, Central Institute of Civil Service(Lower Myanmar).

This opening ceremony was attended by Pro-rector(Administration),Principal/Pro-rector(Training),Senior Head of Department/Professors (Head of Acedamic Department), Head of Department / Associate-Professors, Lecturers, Course managers, Head of Branch, Assistant lecturers, Tutors and 245 Trainees(deputy head of section)from Region/ State government and ministries, The course will last for 10 weeks.
